HOW TO WASH PERSONALISED CLOTHING
wash all items inside out on a hand wash setting.
I can offer larger sizes up to 5XL but if you would like to order the sizes 3XL, 4XL and 5XL you will need to contact me prior. Unfortunately these sizes do not have as vast colour range so this is to ensure I can get you a shade you are happy with. I plan on making my website available to all sizes so I will continue to find suppliers with more colour range for all sizes.
Some jumpers can come out slightly different in colours. The photos are taken in different lighting, flash on or off and can look slightly different in real life, for more accurate colour matches if you have any worries please drop me a message.
JOGGERS. - if you buy a set please take into consideration the only shades we offer in joggers are black, white, sand navy& grey. If you get a jumper shade outwith these colours we will chose the shade we have that matches best. for example if you order pink or lilac we should give you white joggers. Please take this into consideration before purchasing as our items are made to order and are non refundable unless faulty/defective.
All personalised items are non - refundable unless they are damaged on arrival. As our items are made to order / bespoke custom items that are only made due to your order placed we are not breaking the 2015 consumer rights act Aslong as your item is not faulty. We have a size guide on the website to try and help customers ensure they choose the correct size to prevent any uncertainties.
Due to the type of product's I sell, as they are all handmade the waiting time for dispatch can be 1-4 weeks.
We are not responsible for any custom fees you may need to pay on your end and this cost is out of our control for international orders and the customer is liable to pay this cost. Please take this into consideration when buying of our website as we cannot refund you due to these costs, as said above all items are made to order and non refundable unless defective on delivery.
We can recommend a size from UK sizes to our sizes but we cannot take responsibility if it does not fit. All bodys are different shapes and sizes and without seeing you in person we can never give an accurate answer only advice and suggestions so please take this into consideration when ordering due to our non returns policy.

I’ve had a tshirt, and two jumpers. Everything is perfect quality and made to the highest standard. I get so many questions and compliments when wearing my pieces. I even got my best friend a tshirt for Christmas!
